PrimCut MCP (beta) lets Claude Code use most of those tools. Transcription runs on your computer by default. What you need#
Windows 10 or 11, Adobe Premiere Pro 2024 or newer, and the Creative Cloud desktop app. Setup and sign-in need an internet connection. Local editing engines run on your computer after their initial downloads.
Optional cloud providers use your own account and may charge separately. Start with local tools, then connect only the services you need.
